North Korea's new legislation about nuclear weapons includes conditions under which Pyongyang would launch them. But only the nature of its anticipated seventh nuclear test will confirm whether the regime is adopting a first-use nuclear strategy.

"DPRK’s unlawful WMD and ballistic missile programs" - this is the problem that the USA Government has.
We can all agree 10000% that North Korea's nuclear bomb and ICBM test are a world threat.
But the problem with the USG approach is how they are "unlawful," as if North Korea is not a sovereign nation.
What USG does not grasp is this is exactly that type of USA hegemony language that actually HELPS Kim Jong-un. How many countries and people want to be told what is "lawful" or not by the USA? How effective do we think it will be with North Korea?

All Kim Jong-un has to do is pick up the USA announcements and read them out loud. North Korean totalitarian dictator only needs to tell his persecuted, long-suffering people, that "USA does not 'allow' you to do this; they tell you it is unlawful under THEIR law." And every step we have taken to build resistance (human rights activists have been working tirelessly to build) to the crazed North Korean dictator is undermined yet AGAIN.

Foreigners dictating to a persecuted people who already have a national dictator is really a counterproductive move. It builds no leverage, it offers no solutions, and only believes that the false mirror image mentality that USA threats will create North Korea fear. The North Koreans are NOT us. They will react differently.
 
And this is why ROK and Japan should go nuclear
