🚨WARNING

🚨 Prime Minister Netanyahu and several senior ministers decided at the end of the consultation tonight to delay the release of the 600 Palestinian prisoners who were supposed to be released yesterday (Saturday), the Prime Minister's Office said.

🚨 An Israeli official said that the decision was made after two security discussions held by Netanyahu on Saturday night.

🚨 The Israeli official noted that in the first discussion attended by professional officials, senior security officials recommended not to delay the release of the Palestinian prisoners in order not to harm the return of the bodies of the abducted on Thursday.

🚨 The Israeli official stated that at the end of the first hearing the direction was to release the prisoners, but the decision changed in the second hearing in which only Netanyahu, Defense Minister Katz, Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar, Finance Minister Smotritz and MK Aryeh Deri participated.

🚨 The Israeli official said that during the discussion at the political forum and without the professionals, it was decided to delay the release of the prisoners despite the recommendation of the security establishment. The Israeli official said that the reasoning for this was that a critical mass of violations had been created on the part of Hamas, including the violation of a promise given to the mediators that the humiliation rituals for the freed hostages would stop. "Not only did the ceremonies not stop, they became even worse," said the Israeli official.

🚨 At the end of the hearing, the Prime Minister's Office issued a statement stating that "in light of the repeated violations by Hamas - including the rituals that dishonor the dignity of our abductees and the cynical use of the abductees for propaganda purposes - it was decided to delay the release of the terrorists that was planned for yesterday until the release of the next abductees is guaranteed, and without the humiliation ceremonies".

Netanyahu: We are committed to the goals of the war and the destruction of #Hamas' capabilities, and I thank Trump for providing us with new, qualitative weapons that will have a significant impact in the fighting

▪️ Trump agrees with us on all our plans regarding Gaza, and we support his proposal to allow the Palestinians to leave the Strip

▪️ Our forces will continue to fight in the West Bank, and we will not tolerate the threat to the Druze community in southern Syria or Iran's possession of a nuclear weapon.

🚨UPDATE
