The birthday of Xi Jinping 6/15/1953 — genocidal dictator of Communist China. Xi pushes a particular brand of evil, brazenly attempting to destroy Western civilization and harming his own citizens in his mission for power and control. So today, the Senate marked his birthday by passing my resolution condemning his numerous abuses and atrocities. We should treat Xi like the tyrant he is.

Senator Rick Scott posted about the U.S. Senate unanimously passing his resolution S.Res.444 on June 16, 2026, one day after Xi Jinping's birthday. The non-binding resolution, introduced by Scott in October 2025, describes Xi as a dictator orchestrating crimes against humanity and seeking to undermine global peace and American interests.
