You're still whining, the USA has officially become a pariah state, let's call a spade a spade.

I wouldn't go so far as to declare that yet. However, it is clear that the USA is morphing into something monstrous.

I suppose we've long instictively felt that the world would eventually go to hell - but it's never really been clear how that might happen. At long last, the "how" is starting to take shape.

Bardella isn't in power for now, and even if he wins the next presidential elections, he will have to keep the support of the "nationalists", so keep France strong etc... And for that, keep our territories that allows us to have a presence everywhere, send spacerockets for cheaper (Guyana)

I was just joking, of course. For the record - I don't expect that France would do that, or that America would try to grab your stuff until such time as France is embroiled in a major continental war in Europe (which looks almost certain in the medium-to-long run). Who knows; USA might even want to get you involved in its invasion of Canada - because, you know, Quebec and all that...

Guyana is a better launch site than Cape Canaveral because it's closer to the equator (meaning less fuel needed to deliver payloads to orbit), but who knows - maybe the US will have a space center of its own in Venezuela now that it's "running" that country.
