I think it's important to realize that we are in a very pro-Ukraine information space. While imo that's a good thing, it means we also need to be conscious that Ukranians aren't all powerful demigods pushing back against their Orc invaders. They suffer defeats just like the Russians do.

Consequently of this, we see Russian soldiers doing dumb things all the time whereas we see Ukranians fucking shit up all the time.
I understand that, but given the fact that Russia is putting out videos of their brave conquering army, why do none of them show what I mentioned? They clearly have access to give out their own videos, so why not show what the Ukrainians are showing? I am not deluded enough to think that the Ukrainian army is all powerful or pushing back Orc invaders. But it is clear that the Orc invaders are not the Uruk-hai, but more like the goblins down in goblin town. It seems, right now, that all that was needed to stymie the Russians was a bit of resolve and modern weapons. Their videos seem more like propaganda more so than a chronicling of the war thus far. That is all that I am saying. Not to say Ukrainians are not doing the same mind you.

You can find some telegram channels where they share pro-russian videos, but most of them are from the chechens. But all channels i found are in Cyrillic. Need to translate everything with google or something ....
Those Chechen videos are the videos I have been talking about in regard to showing men just firing into the distance or into empty buildings.....then grinning and laughing like they are having a good time. Just seem very propaganda like to me.

Britain sending arty and armor is an unfortunate but necessary next step. A wider range of weapons are going to have to be sent it. The NLAWS and anti-air manpads have done an exceptional job at stopping Russia. But they are primarily defensive.
They need offensive weapons now. I recognize the technical and political problems with air assets.
But they need arty radar and counter batteries.
Mortars, vehicle mounted guns.

Now why escalate now. We’re at a temporary draw right now Russia is repositioning and adjusting their battle plans. Negotiations are still hung on the same basic problems.
Ukraine needs the equipment a d weapons to now take the offensive to Russia in the east and break that thin Russian line of control around Mariupol. Take back the Russian gains in the separatist regions and take the land bridge to Crimea.
It can be done but the battle has changed now.
If nato does not take this step it’s a wash and thousands have died and a nation destroyed.
Time to buck up and finish it or the defensive momentum will never translate to a successful offensive to drive Russia back.
I am also in favor of revisiting nato air cover and missile defense systems put in around western Ukrainian cities and Kiev as Russians are pushed back.
Putin cannot afford to let this end as a stalemate for Russia, everyone mostly agrees.
Therefore, conversely then this war will not end without a defeat of Russia “in Ukraine”

Looks like Ukraine was able to launch attacks with helicopters in Russian territory. This is the first time that Russia also appears to be admitting their soil was attacked rather than cover it up. We need to watch this carefully, this could be the excuse Putin needs to launch a nuke into Ukraine.

Australia sending possibility up to 50 Bushmaster. Armored vehicles to Ukraine.
Well that's 85% of our defence capabilities gone.🤣😂🤣🤷🏻‍♂️🤦‍♂️
China have a free entry pass anyway. 🤣😂🤣🤦‍♂️🤬🤷🏻‍♂️

This hardly merits a nuclear response. Why do so many here think every little thing means nukes are going to be used? Yikes, calm down. This was a highly limited conventional strike, meant to send a message that Ukraine has offensive capability, not just defensive. The most this will make Russia do is bolster border defenses, and launch a tit-for-tat response within Ukraine. Now if a third, fourth, even fifth strike is committed on a high value target(s) then just maybe a nuclear warning shot is in the cards.

Heck, I wouldn’t be surprised if Russia allowed them to get through, In order to justify further conventional strikes against Ukraine.

No shit . Our military forces are brave and reasonable. But we don't have enough of anything. Boots, hardware , fire-power etc etc. Half the world's coast guards ships have more fire power , speed and radar capabilities. 🤣😂🤣 missiles 🤣😂🤣 tanks 🤣😂🤣 Airforce 🤣🤣😂 army ,navy and Airforce wouldn't last 2 days against invasion. Yet here we are handing over military support for others when we can't defend ourselves. 🤬😤🤷🏻‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤬

Another video of the alleged helicopter attack on Russian fuel depot. I must emphasize that is this is valid, Ukrainian choppers managed to fly 20 miles into Russian territory, take out their target, and return to Ukraine without being intercepted, hence my skepticism. This could theoretically be Russian helicopters staging the attack. Nothing is what it seems to be until proven accurate.

Two thoughts. I agree it’s certainly possible I considered it as well. My only catch if it was a false flag I would have expected Russia to have capitalized on it by now.

Then my second thought is if it is a Ukrainian
mi-8 then Russias air defense really sucks.
That and if it is true heads will be rolling in Moscow.

Video of the alleged attack in post #13 is not the same event as in #20 imho, angle of rocket fire is different.

Please delete, I see that they possible are at the same angle, too many angles for my poor brain to factor!

I'm impressed by this air raid at Belgorod. It was well-planned attack, also with implementation of best capabitilites of NATO recon used in planning.

They've calculated the best approach route after scanning the ground with aerospace and EW forces, passed anti-air radar coverage by going centimeters above the ground at night - if there were any close-distance AA forces or MANPADS, they were very confused because you cannot make a decision to fire in time - they fly too fast and it is dark to identify them, vehicles used by both sides are identical.
They've gathered all factors for this raid into a one, effective action and made a mission success.

They may not be the same but not going to delete. Still useful information. Maybe you or someone can figure out which video is from where.

You are thinking as a rational leader would and are assuming Russia has the conventional means and morale to do so. Their military is a mess right now. I wish I could but I don’t see how this ends with Russia just evaporating away quietly in the wind.
