Reminder that this is in response to Medvedev's telegram statement. He made a direct nuclear threat (the "dead hand" system).
Think of Medvedev as Russia's Rubio. He's their equivalent of the NSA.

I don’t know that I’d go that far. I’m gonna bet those subs were already there and the Russians knew it, this is Trump trying to act tough with basically no actions. Words are loud but actions matter.

He absolutely is, even if he’s serious about it at this moment, Putin has no choice but to call it. Then we'll have to see if Trump will chicken out because he can’t bully Russia into submission like he can with Iran.
