Patrushev again warns Lithuania of unspecified "retaliatory measures" that will have a "serious negative effect on the population of Lithuania". Of course we've heard this before, but the real news is that this guy is personally visiting Kaliningrad today to chair a local security council meeting.

For context: Patrushev is probably the most dangerous man in Russia right now - he's the hawk's hawk, and likely the brain behind the "Special Military Operation" in UA. Of late, his relationship with Putin is starting to look more and more like that of a puppeteer and his puppet.

Russian strike on Shkolny airport near Odessa is branded as a "response" to Ukrainian bombing of Russian gas platforms. Underwhelming, given that yesterday's Russian propaganda channels were awash with threats of retaliatory strikes on the fabled "decisionmaking centres", including Western ones (should Russia determine that Ukrainians had employed Western weapons).
