The US or Nato is not going to go to war with russia because one drone blew up a field in Poland. Intentional or not. IMO
Nobody is suggesting they go to war. The options I have suggested are:
1) Shoot down enemy aircraft that enter NATO airspace
2) Send your own "accidental" drones to blow up in Russia.

Because President Trump won't enter into direct combat with russia he is a coward. :ROFLMAO: Please! When has the USA or Europe entered into direct combat with Russia in the past?
Should have let Patton loose in Russia at the end of WWII and MacArthur loose in china in the Korean war. IMO
I could see the headlines if tomorrow President Trump ordered the 101st and 82nd into Ukraine. 🤷‍♂️
Once again here, nobody wants Trump to enter into direct combat with Russia. You're shifting goalposts. Trump cannot in good faith call out Biden not allowing Ukraine to strike deep into Russia, while himself taking no tangible steps to enable them to go on the offensive either. He's been talking tough and promising to unleash hell upon Russia, giving them "two weeks" - but nothing has happened. Putin keeps bombing civilians. Trump has the power & capacity to arm and equip Ukraine and take the targeting restrictions off for weapons release, which he hasn't done in his 7 months in office. Biden did not let Ukraine hit back, but neither is Trump.

You may agree with Trump's politics & his ideology and believe it's the best for your country, but it's in nobody's interest to blindly defend everything he does. We all need to hold our leaders accountable to their promises, even if we support them largely. Call them out on their BS, and defend them where you feel it's necessary as well!

Nobody's talking about direct combat, and this is just a strawman argument.

President Trump has, on multiple occasions, declared he would impose heavy sanctions on Russia if Putin doesn't stop his war in Ukraine. Time and again he then chickened out of these promises - always under the same excuse (that it would "hurt negotiations"). Despite being consistently shown the middle finger, Trump continues to shower Putin with free presents - such as hosting him at that pointless summit in Alaska, periodically cutting off military aid to Ukraine, publicizing plans to withdraw US troops from Europe... in fact, just two days ago The Economist reported that Tulsi Gabbard fired a senior CIA official who had worked at the agency for more than 20 years and was responsible for the CIA's operations and analytical work related to Russia (one of the most senior intelligence officials purged under Trump).

Remember Trump's August 5 "ultimatum"? He chickened out of that one too. He is a coward, the TACO principle holds in US-Russia relations, and the US has effectively become a pawn in Russia's geopolitical game. 🥱

True, and also pointless. What we're dealing with here is not a political movement, but a religion - and it should be approached as such.

In a religion you absolutely must never call your cult leader out on his BS. Instead, you are expected to convince yourself that the leader works in mysterious ways, and that eternal reward awaits the faithful. Once you're in that state of mind, you will blindly follow the head crook into the fire. 🔥

Literally nowhere did I suggest Trump should enter into a direct war with Russia. Trump has threatened all these economic actions against the Russia if they don’t agree to a ceasefire and he backs down every single time when all the Russians do is make empty statements and string him along. I’m calling for him to follow through on his word because that’s what good leaders do.

I’m not upset at all with the factory getting hit. It was definitely a legitimate target. If we we didn’t want to chance it, it should have been safely built in Poland….
1. I’m not talking about the factory, I guarantee that was hit intentionally.
2. The factory was building home appliances and not military equipment
3. The U.S. and Trump have told Ukraine look we want to invest in you and build economic ties with you, this means we have an interest in your security. Now those U.S. investments are getting bombed and the U.S. hasn’t done anything in response, not even issue a statement. How do you think that’s going to make investors react? If it were me I sure as hell would look elsewhere.

This exactly! Remember that minerals deal? This was the entire assumption behind that.

When (not if) Russia begins bombing US assets in Poland - what are you then going to say? That it should have safely been built stateside?

If, or as you state, when , this happens, to paraphrase a wise alien killer:
"We'll all have bigger fish to fry believe you me!"

Investing in a war zone is high risk. I do not believe for one second that a factory operational in a (near) total war zone was cranking out appliances for kitchen makeovers and not even a few circuit boards, cycles and 3D runs were dedicated to drones or some such (possibly parts) on/during third shift and weekends. I would. Would not you?

Regardless, I believe it was an intentional act. From Russia with love.

Seriously, Im certain if we had suffered (from our POV) over 1 million casualties which were only made possible by a decade of frantic support, training and supplies from the USA, I would strike anything inside the war zone not claimed by diplomatic missions, and darn happy to do it.

The Iranians probably killed or maimed more US soldiers than all other causes.
we put their leader (military) through our newest aerial blender.

You also know full well that labeling is used liberally in the political world and not necessarily accurately.

It’s when years long congressional investigations and special prosecutor’s grind along looking to prop up political labeling/narratives, like say insurrection or treason.

That is when we have left the world of political muckraking and entered the world of institutional political persecution and attempts at silencing of opposition candidates.
Avoiding labeling others with TDS helps the arguer to avoid engaging in ad hominem argument (attacks against an opponent), which is a logical fallacy. Labeling others as having TDS can add some laughs and entertainment value to the debate; however, avoiding the fallacy can make one's argument stronger.

It was nowhere near the front lines it was on the western border. The problem is you can’t say that investing in Ukraine is proof the United States is going to provide security guarantees to Ukraine because we’re invested in Ukraine and then do nothing when those factories are bombed. At minimum the United States needs to provide air defense for those factories, if it was me I’d go further up to and including U.S. personal manning them in response to actions like this. Once again making empty statements is not peace through strength it’s being a liar and a politician.

We might be able to get away with it once, assuming the drone does not blow up anything important or strategic.

And by we, I mean Ukraine. The US/NATO should not be actively engaged in this.... yet.
Even if we got away with it, what’s the benefit here? We blew up an empty field for the sake of a pissing contest? The Ukrainians should continue bombing high value infrastructure targets inside of Russia and degrade the Russian economy as much as humanly possible. NATO has nothing to gain by launching strikes like that except both sides eroding deterrence even further.
