I’m sorry remove right wing groups from your US list.

In 2020 the FBI estimated the Arian right wing extremists groups compromised about 6000 people out of 340,000,000 people. What is popularly called right wing in the US is constitutional conservatives. Just because some like to label us as racist xenophobic terrorist does not make it so.

Last election in 2019 in the UK was a huge win for the conservatives, they won by a landslide with a huge majority.

Reform UK membership has increased in recent years, I think that indicates a shift towards more right-wing politics in the UK. Reform UK might even win a seat or two at the next election... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reform_UK
 
I'd disagree that there is much appetite in the UK for right wing policies/parties. There aren't many politicians who advocate eg abortion bans. Liz Truss is about as right wing as we've had as a leader in power and she was brought down because she wanted to give the wealthiest lower taxes.

Nigel Farage thankfully seems to have been a one policy wonder. (He's awful!) Boris and Sunak are more centrist which is how they attracted Labour supporters.
