A bunch of out of touch moronic idiots run the bureaucracy. Not just around Biden but both sides from all positions of authority. As the bureaucracy stays the same, even after every new Administration virtually.

The sysyem has gotten to big for laws or the constitution made long ago to quell or solve our problems currently as it is out dated and not fit for our current times.

The constitution has yet to comform to today's needs. Constitutional laws made decades or hundreds of years ago hamper any progress or corrective measures we could take today to fix it. You can blame the GOP for that though for not wanting to change with the times.

The Democrats had full control of the Presidency and Congress a number of times. Nothing stopped them from setting in motion a change to the Constitution.

Hyper-partisanship blinds people to the crimes of their own party.

Are you serious?... Yes it has. It requires the majority of state Governors to approve a change to the Constitution you have said this yourself many times. I'll happily dig for and quote you on.

That is exactly why it hasn't happened. The reason why they didn't go that route is because the GOP state governor representatives refused to change with the times.

Did you just ignore the important part of what I said because it didn't fit your narrative?

I said "nothing stopped" them. If it fails in the States, then it fails. But they could have set it in motion.
