Totally agree just don't understand picky choosy attitude on conflicts,where and when . Look at south China sea, now 3 fully militarised islands. International community said no. Yet here we are. When China make their move well, once again the info and knowledge of plans have been available for years while at the same time international laws broken consistently. Yet the same response. Respect for you, I do enjoy our friendly discussions. I hope enlightenment goes both ways as this is a educational experience for others to be less biased aswell as more open minded to all sides of issues. Obreid 🤝👍

Both sides have known this for a long time. Both sides know how this ends. Meanwhile in la la land some waste their time with analyses to suit their opinions. Eg. Who is justified?, who started it? etc etc. Meanwhile some knowing the answers ,yet lack of acknowledgement. In the end non of this changes the outcomes. This is the worlds first major event meaning a war current to crisis, no comparison to Cuba,with such escalation heading towards ww3. And the first world war with nuclear weapons available for both sides. Humanity has one chance not to depopulate on a major scale. History shows we are not capable of global peace and prosperity. Luck may have pose poned the enevitable. But luck wouldn't exist if it was a unlimited given. In all honesty people do you really believe that crushing Russia will stop them .🤞 🙄🤣😂🤣. Putin deliberately made this scenario as a last ditch effort for change. Without his move Russia was doomed. With his move he thought he could change things. He was wrong. And he will make us all aware of this. Don't fool yourself thinking the west will be victorious . We all suffer we are all to blame. Accept it. Suck it up. In the end if you die with a misconception or the truth your still dead. Shit we need a weather thread 🤣😂🤣.

A weather thread?? Well, if it's with the current situation over there, I'd predict "stormy" or Tornadic. Local weather the same way. Had to throw in something there.
 
NATO openly speaking of up to 15,000 dead Russian soldiers. That could be 40,000 wounded, missing and deserting soldiers. If the Russian losses are these, it is explained why Russia does not advance further.

I think most would agree with the sentiment.
Question is: Why are some members of NATO actively acting in a hostile and provocative manner towards a country that NATO stated it could not got to war with because it would widen the conflict and and potentially cost the lives of millions of its citizens?

Because standing up to the bad guy is something you need to do.

Because innocents are suffering.

Because you have to show the bad guy you're not weak or afraid.

All valid reasons.

Ukrainian casualties are also unlikely to be as low as is said. But they are smaller because Ukraine is defending and ambushing, which ends up exposing soldiers to less risk. The Russians had a lot of casualties in the first days of the war, because they thought they were going to be received with celebration. The Russians only started to protect themselves better after 1 week of war.

The fact that Ukraine has some terminally online people in their ranks may bolster this fact, because of people posting for likes compromises every base that’s set up for a bombing. Which is why Russia passed that law for military personnel to not have any form of consumer electronics on their person in the field.

I dont recall any nation that was sanctioned to use Chemical, Biological or Nuke Weapons on other nations.. I only recall a crackdown on its own people cause they rebelled. So it would be something new, if that happens ( didnt look it up on the net so I could be mistaken )

The "disappearance" of the Shoigu is on several western websites today. The tendency is for it to appear in the next few hours or days. Now if it goes on for another week without showing up. It will be a sign that Russia perhaps no longer has a Defense Minister. Perhaps Putin took over.
