There have been 100s of documented partisan attacks and actions, and probably 1000s of undocumented things that we will not hear about till the end of the war. One key fact you are missing is the multitude of lend leases that the Soviet Union utilized to have any sort of combat. Now in an age of precise artillery duels, the russians are outmatched. That's why we've seen so much proof of them having to completely re write their tank Doctrine to utilize them as makeshift artillery. Sure, they have a lot of people and a lot of production value, doesn't really matter if 50% of it is getting blown up by western artillery or sold by corrupt military officials. Yawn. Ukraine is winning. The Russians will crumble like a house of cards exactly like they did in Kharkiv. The thing people don't quite get is the Russian's fight in a completely different way and mentality to us westerners. Huge horde armies with high casualties has been their modus operandi for all of recent history. While some may laugh at complete companies being wiped out in the span of days those all fail to realize that in say ww2 they were losing upwards of 1 - 3 million in major battles whether captured or killed. About 5 k a day dead in actual combat. And that was all with a smaller population than thy have now. Other countries taking these kind of loses can not stomach it and would throw in the towel long before. Estimates put the required efficiency of 1 dead Ukrainian to 10 dead Russian for them to have fighting chance in the long war. At best right now its somewhere between 1 Ukr to 1.6 - 2 Rus. Not today but eventually Ukr will simply run out of man power. Especially since a whole bunch of them jumped ship at the start of this. Truthfully if the Ukr population truly hated Rus we'd see more widespread partisan and resistance fighters which so far I personally have heard and seen very little of, personally I believe it is not widespread nor effective at least where Rus control is currently.
