Miniaturization is the issue.
Yes, and no. You can also build a nuke that fits in a small truck, and you can drive it into any populated area you want. Enough shielding, and bribes at border crossings into a European country… park the truck. Set the timer, then quietly leave and go back to where you came from.

Even if the yield was suboptimal, and the truck didn’t make it to the target, they could still detonate. A nuke going off anywhere in the world due to terrorists would be that black swan event everyone has been talking about.

The issue is Europe has no ocean to protect them. Most major roads/cities connect to all other major roads/cities.

Also ever since Trump made his ultimatum public and clear two days ago he hasn't said a word since about it. Since when is Trump quite?...
I always say don’t listen to what leaders say watch what they do, and when they stop talking is typically when they start doing. If trumps going to make a go at Iran it’s going to be a sooner rather than later situation.

Tuesday maybe Wednesday. Just a guess.

(A personal reading of the tea leaves AKA a wild assed guess.)

I haven’t made my personal guess yet but I still think we’re a couple weeks out yet. Judging by the news yesterday I think they’re still hoping Iran backs down but I guess they never really said when their deadline is so I could be wrong.

I shorted a few altcoins and Bitcoin with 5x leverage. I have a feeling it happens in the next 2 weeks. Though till the talks close the crypto market is going to slide.

Keep in mind, our bunker busters can’t reach some of the targets in Iran. Some are thousands of feet into mountains. Nuclear Weapons even have trouble destroying those kinds of targets. Hense why we built Cheyenne.

This isn’t going to be a completely cut and dry air campaign.

It sure as hell isn't going to be a ground war, so I dunno what the endgame is here.
I don't think the US can realistically prevent Iran from eventually obtaining nuclear weapons.

Both good points, under reasonable circumstances a nation would not likely invade a country such as Iran, as it is geographically slanted against any invader, especially from the sea. However wise and sound decisions relative to the wellbeing of the population, are not always taken by our government. They will do whatever they can to keep nukes out of Irans hands, to not do so, to them, would signal weakness to adversaries. This is a sticky situation for sure.

It's going to happen. Once we have our ducks in a row and feel that we can more than adequately protect Israel, it will be "go" time which, in my opinion, could happen two seconds from now or two weeks from now.

We won’t move until we are fairly extremely confident we can protect Israel and our bases in the Middle East.

There are zero off-ramps. Iran will NEVER give up its nukes, and Trump is NEVER going to allow Iran to have them. So, as far as I’m concerned, this is a countdown, not a “what if.”

👉 The reality and the facts on the ground clearly show that we’ve reached the end of the road, there’s no more kicking the can down the road because there’s no road left. It’s now or never when it comes to stopping Iran from becoming a nuclear terrorist state. Trump has chosen “now” and given himself no room to back out.

Whether your right it being a certainty or not the CSG cruise extensions are only for one month.

Shouldn't we expect to see countries embassies in both Israel and Iran start closing up shop before this kicks off?

Yes and no. It depends on how the U.S. wants to play this. We all know Trump is not a traditional leader or decision maker when it comes to these things. So, it's anyone's guess how Trump chooses to engage with Iran militarily.

Will he follow protocols and alert people prior to a strike or give an address to the nation before striking & get Congress permission? Or will he deem it too sensitive to alert anyone and carry out a surprise attack on Iran? Anyone's guess, really. Hence why I see great potential for this to go sideways or for unintended escalation to occur beyond simple strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities.

If it was anyone but Trump at the helm I'd say yes we would see embassies quietly being emptied or other slight signs as we tip off prior to a strike. But I don't think anyone can say they know if Trump will follow protocols or traditional actions prior to attacking.

However regardless of Trumps unorthodox decision making... if it where me I would not tip off Iran and would rather suprise attack them. Get the upper hand and possibly snuff out any retaliation before it even occurs. Shock and awe.

Other than some inconveniently located air defense the strike targets are nowhere near the embassies or the capital for that matter.
Trump doesn’t have to let anyone know. Legally or ethically. Notice has already been given. Trump’s official letter arrived on or about March 15 I believe. It outlined the demands and the consequences. Furthermore he is publicly stated that the United States was going to bomb them. That’s not an ambiguous term. That’s not Russia claiming “we’re not going to invade”. That’s the USA facing you head on and saying saying “we are coming”.

If you can’t understand the president United States saying ~’we are going to bomb you like no one‘s ever been bombed before’ and your advisors cannot convey that meaning to you, we can’t help you.
