Actually no I do not believe most of our problems come from overseas. Except for maybe some failed unproven political ideologies. No the majority of our problems do originate right here.

A Russian Air Force Il-62M (tail RA-86495) flew from Moscow and landed at Venezuela’s main international airport near Caracas on Oct 1, then stayed about a week before departing. Caracas and Moscow have not explained the visit.
