Russia states that it was a mixed freight-passenger train.
Ukraine states that it was a passenger train.
Actually, the locomotive was hit, there's no casualties.

This is not the complete wording, and actually the Polish FM demonstrated that he doesn't know what he's talking about.
Infact he was corrected by his general, who didn't seem really convinced about what was being said.
It has to be contextualized, Poland's FM is flexing the muscle to their own electoral base, elections are approaching (1 year).
Well he does have US troops on the ground and might be thinking of the Polish AND US aircraft. Still I think it was nonsense aim at his electorate.

I have a hard time believing Poland has air superiority over Russia unless he is counting NATO assets.
