The European government says the EU and Netherlands hosted an EU & ROK maritime security roundtable in Seoul during the Dutch frigate HNLMS De Ruyter’s port call.

Kim Jong Un observed weapons tests from North Korea’s new 5,000 ton Kang Kon destroyer, including a strategic cruise missile launch, ship guns, automatic cannons, electronic warfare systems, target detection checks and integrated fire control testing.
South Korea’s JCS said it detected cruise missiles launched from the destroyer into the East Sea on July 3rd, with U.S. & ROK intelligence still analyzing details.
