Ethics, Morals, Values - Their Effects on Humanities Future

I want to take time to congratulate everyone on continuing to conduct themselves in a very mature, respectful manner. Especially given how charged this subject can be.

Try doing this on another board and see what happens!

Heck, even I've been moderated on here and I'm the bloody owner! That won't happen anywhere else! haha

It seems like more bad things are happening because its being recorded lol
This too. Which also contributes to what we see with climate disasters. We here about it alot more because we live in a world of instant news and communication (for better or worse) that wasn't even around 20 years ago.

God said that he reserves judgment not only to give time for people to repent, but also so that the full measure of their sin can be built up. So there is no question as to their judgment.
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

Not to derail the thread, but this question gets asked quite a lot. There has been a lot of speculation as to why he hasn't come yet.
I think debating the future of religion is perfectly acceptable here since it plays into the future of humanities morals/ethics as religion is basically intertwined with morals/ethics.
