Ok so if Crimea is cutoff again should I plan to move to the hills ? If not then when? When Ukrainians are directly advancing on Crimean soil?
Personally if Ukraine gets close or actually has a chance of seizing back Russia's warm water port in Crimea then I feel we will have entered the "begin to sweat phase". I'd likly be prepping at that point for a nuclear escalation.

I personally feel we will see another Defcon 3 borderline 2 crisis mode before this war is over. Both sides are going to take it as close to the edge as possible before conceding anything. The risk is an accident or Putin having a nervous breakdown. I believe we will see some kind of a warning test shot at some point. This is the “optimal “ scenario.

I have no doubt as well. But not anytime soon. We are still a ways off before Ukraine makes it to Crimea. So rest easy. For now.

Should take this time of relative peace to prep and stock up slowly so you are ready for the crisis that has the potential for a global cataclysm humanity has never experienced caused by a man child not getting his way.

I fear you may be right.

More empty threats if that's what he means. But I read it as creating a deconfliction zone or DMZ.
Wouldn’t a DMZ require a ceasefire if they’re not planning to raze everything?
Not much of a threat.
If that’s the case Ukraine should be increasing incursions.

No not if they're setting it up along their border in the West not the South and not in the illegal occupation zones. Ukraine isn't invading Russia. It's just that Russian separatists or Rebels use Ukraine as a safe space & to travel into Russia.

A DMZ along Russian Western border where there is no conflict with Ukraine would solve that. But not sure where their going to get the extra material and man power to create such a long fortified border. I guess they could rent more North Korea slaves to build it...

You are happy about every dead Russian and forget the war crimes of your generals and soldiers. Do they all still live? Yes? A pity! (n)
What do my Generals and Soldiers (USA) have to do with this? I am, as an observer, happy to see the Ukraines succeed and the Russians fail. If Russians don’t want to die either dont go to Ukraine or leave it. I realize that now that Russians are shooting soldiers who retreat it can be difficult but really its not my problem.

I could be wrong, but I believe the separatists are more in line with the Foreign Legions than just some Russians acting independently using Ukraine to stage attacks.

Has anyone considered the outcomes of the west supplies of depleted uranium amunition for Ukraine use in Ukraine? The outcomes of such effects of use have been documented from other countries where this has happened previously. Surely it isn't in Ukraines best interests? Or such weapons being used on own land due to effects?

It has been proven that it causes no Environmental effects. The processing or manufacturing process of uranium ammunition causes no radiological threat. When it is processed the danger becomes null and void.

I’m pretty sure they already have this ammunition, from the U.K. The US has just recently decided (or is considering - not 100% sure) to supply more.
